When we are in our true authentic power, we thrive. This power has nothing to do with control, authority, or hierarchy, but with a deep trust in our own abilities, in our inner compass and knowing, and in everyone and everything else as a part of us in this superorganism.
Empowerment means to take responsibility for our own actions, decisions, and feelings. We recognise that we are the creators of our life and our own experiences. Empowerment of everyone else means to not interfere with their own process by taking responsibility that is not ours to take. Instead of trying to fix or change anyone else or try to avoid pain and sorrow, we simply inspire with our way of life by example. We know from our own experiences that transformation only happens by going through fear and pain.
Breakdowns are needed to break through. We hold loving and compassionate space for everyone’s own journey and growth, without taking the space of anyone else. An empowered person is in a permanent state of emotional maturity.
