We live in a state of emotional maturity. This means that we are aware and responsible for our own energy, actions, choices, and feelings. We know that no one can make us feel anything unless there is a pattern from the past that gets triggered within us. We do not make anyone responsible (blame) for our own experience. Instead, we fully own our journey.
We embrace and take the triggers that come on our path. Instead of unconscious, instant reaction, we reflect and leave space for it to surface, and to be processed through allowing and feeling the emotions that are coming up.
We carefully observe ourselves and situations around us. By taking the perspective of a neutral witness we get a clear, unfiltered view on what is going on, without going into stories, interpretations, or assumptions of our conditioned mind.
We know that individual freedom in co-creation and community is only possible with responsible ownership. This also means that we are committed to our function and tasks. We respect our community, its facilities, its vehicles and its tools, and everything that is shared unconditionally, treating everything as our own with love and care. And yes, that also means keeping the common spaces and toilets clean and in order, so everyone can enjoy community life to the max.
