When we go in sync with a vision and values that resonate with our inner core, we are intrinsically motivated. We feel our essence reflected back to us. We are naturally aligning with the cause and can sense a purpose activating within us. We feel the urge to contribute to that shared horizon and to the collective walking towards that north. This way, we become intrinsic leaders, inspiring by example, without following any personal agenda.
When we are intrinsically motivated, we realise that extrinsic motivators such as bonus payments, rewards, and materialistic attachments are not only unnecessary but actually expendable, as they foster separating and limiting concepts of comparison and competition.
In an organic community structure, where we honour diversity and share our unique essence, comparison and competition cannot exist, as they are counterproductive to true efficiency. Natural evolution and creation always strive to combine forces, to act in the best interest, and to be of value and benefit for every element of the whole.
