Decisions we take can be broken down to a very simple scheme. We are always at a road fork when we make our choices. And we make them either based on mind-driven fear, or based on trust – our intuition and an inner knowing without the need to know. Decisions based on fear always lead to another biofeedback loop of separation, selfishness and greed.
Decisions based on trust on the other hand lead to permanent evolution, transcending fear and separation. At some point, decisions are not really decisions anymore, because we automatically know what to do and when to do it, as they are always in the best interest of everyone, and always serve for the benefit of ALL. Service to self equals service to others becomes natural.
In general, when we consider our values in navigating life, we keep our sense of integrity and what feels aligned and right for us. Values give us confidence and clarity. A life in alignment with our values allows us to be authentic and to thrive.
That is, why at NEOGEO we don’t make rules, contracts, or laws to control the environment, our actions and a certain outcome. Instead, we work with values as a common ground, that form the guideline, and agreements in our co-existence and co-creation.
We are truly committed from our heart and passion. To ourselves. The organism. The community, the creations, our environment. We have our specific, personal heart-beat. We know it is different, and we are proud of it. It is our rhythm that gives us the pace and direction for the flow we are in and how we co-create. Our heart beats for the beauty of life and the beauty within each individual. We value play, authenticity, and moving out of the comfort zone for permanent growth. In order to be able to do that, these basic values are our fertile ground and are absolutely irrefutable.
